The list made it evident that we were the best and least expensive by far, so our competition requested us to remove them from our site … and we did.
We know we are the best and this is why we have done the research for you: our conclusion is simple: we are the least expensive for comparable services PERIOD. We want you to order your Flat Fee MLS listing through us. Not only because we are the best and offer the best customer service, but also because we are the less expensive by far. LOOK CLOSER: most ads include the always tricky phrase: …”starting from”. This is a deceiving marketing practice to get you to click and visit their website. The service that others offer for $99 is not comparable with ours. They offer the $99 package, but for less service (at this price, through others you only get 30 days, 3 months or maybe 6 months listing and some don’t include the MLS element, which is indispensable). Trust us, our team has done the research for you.
We don’t see why you would pay more, but some people like to waste money, so we leave it up to you.

IMPORTANT RECENT PRACTICE BY COMPETITION: Recently we have been made aware of a practice by some of our competitors. Apparently they are charging the buyer and/or buyer agent an additional fee at closing (this practice scares away potential buyers and Realtors with potential buyers). Furthermore, We consider this practice unprofessional, rude and potentially unethical or maybe illegal. As listing agents we are performing a job for you, the owner (seller or landlord), and it wouldn’t be correct to charge anything to the buyer and/or buyer agent while not performing any job for them. This is a delicate area of RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) where “It is illegal for anyone to accept a fee or part of a fee for services if that person has not actually performed settlement services for the fee” (source: http://portal.hud.gov/hudportal/HUD?src=/program_offices/housing/ramh/res/sc2secti).
If you decide to pay more money and want to use someone else, we strongly suggest using one of the State-licensed Brokerages directly . Make sure they display their Brokerage Name on their website as registered with, and required by most state regulatory agencies.

Never use the referral services (most of the ones you see on the Internet are referral services) as they are just taking your money and information and reselling it to a local broker (middleman concept). Most of them are not licensed in all the States they are promoting, which may be an illegal practice of Real Estate (a felony in some States). One of the activities that require a Real Estate License (in most states) is the “solicitation of properties to list for sale or for rent”.
