By offering all the tools available only to Realtors, SnapFlatFee.com has achieved this vision and continues to help sellers keep as much money in their pockets as possible, while offering the best service in the market.
We are a technology-oriented, forward-thinking team that believes in a new way of brokering real estate transactions. We believe in a neutral competition environment where the seller is the center of the transaction and has total control over the entire sales strategy.
You have accumulated equity in your house, and you should keep as much of it as possible. For this, we offer an MLS Flat Fee listing service
(also referred to as limited service, limited representation, or MLS Entry) that is proven to be efficient and effective for thousands of customers. We don’t charge a traditional commission as traditional Brokers. We only charge a $99 fee. You, as seller, set the asking price, the total commission (that you only pay if the buyer is represented by a licensed agent), upload pictures, and describe the property. We list the property for you and give you maximum exposure through your local MLS and other sites (Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, HomeSnap, etc). You do the showings, negotiate offers and coordinate towards closing, attend closing (mostly virtually nowadays) and save thousands of dollars.
We have yet to find a service that puts this much cash directly into the seller’s pocket for such a low fee. The return on investment, when compared to a traditional brokerage is dramatic.
