SnapFlatFee.com® is owned and operated by a licensed real estate broker.
Our services include flat-fee MLS listing services for property sellers, property inquiry management and lead routing, automated communication services for buyers, tenants, and real estate professionals, and related real estate brokerage services.
3. SMS / Text Message Communications
All SMS messages sent are transactional in nature — not marketing or promotional solicitations. Messages are sent solely in response to a specific, user-initiated property inquiry.
3a. How We Obtain Consent
We send SMS messages only after obtaining explicit consent through one of two methods:
Method 1 — Phone IVR: By calling our business number (561-786-2892) and verbally confirming when our automated system asks "May I text you the seller's contact information?" — pressing 1 or saying yes — you provide explicit consent to receive a transactional SMS. This confirmation is recorded and timestamped.
Method 2 — Online Form: By submitting a property listig¡ng intake form on SnapFlatFee.com and checking the SMS opt-in checkbox, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry. The checkbox is never pre-selected. SMS consent is optional and not required to use our services.
3b. Types of Messages You May Receive
- Property contact information requested by you (seller or landlord name, phone, and email)
- Lead notifications sent to property owners when someone inquires about their listing
- Informational messages about our flat-fee listing services (buyers only, one-time per inquiry)
3c. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your inquiries. Typically one message per property inquiry initiated by you.
3d. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
3e. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

3g. No Sharing of Phone Numbers

5. User Conduct
